Product Information :
TC-BL1966 is a single component trivalent Chromium passivate solution for the electroplated zinc and zinc/iron deposits of rack and barrel plating applications.

TC-BL1966 produces an b l u e passivate film which has a characteristic clear to blue.(sodium dichromate)

Advantages :
- Provides a chromate conversion coating on electroplated zinc.
- Contains no hexavalent chromium.
- Conventional equipment can be used.

Flow of Process :
Soak Cleaner (ALKAN-83LG) --> W/R --> (cathodic)Electro cleaner (ED-63LG) --> W/R --> Acid Pickling --> W/R --> (anodic)Electro cleaner (ED-63LG) --> W/R --> electroplating --> W/R --> Passivation (TC-BL1966) --> W/R --> Drying

Note for Electrocleaning step :
The last step of the cleaning cycle should be anodic cleaning and the time of anodic cleaning should be equal to or longer than the time of cathodic cleaning, if any.
